
This guy smells like fresh roasted coffee.
Our resident Roastmaster Casey Tokubo knows coffee. With over 10 years experience roasting coffee, Casey has earned himself the title of Roastmaster. Casey puts his years of experience to work selecting the finest tasting coffees from around the world for his custom blends. He then roasts them to perfection using a traditional slow-roasting method that requires attention to detail, discipline and patience. "The final phase of the roast is critical, as a major difference in flavor can occur in just seconds of under or over roasting."
The operation is impressive. Between two towering wood doors and under a 30 foot vaulted ceiling, a single roasting drum hums along as another Wednesday's roasting is completed.
